DELIVERY TO TRUCKS CAN BE STRAIGHT AWAY FROM THE VESSEL, FROM THE SILOS OR FROM THE FLAT WAREHOUSE. DELIVERY TO RAIL WAGONS CAN ONLY BE MADE FROM THE SILOS.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strongLoading bays to load straight away from vessel to truck<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The product, after passing the weighing tower scales, is taken by means of <span style=\"color: #782327;\"><strong>two chain conveyors at a  600 t\/hour rate each<\/strong><\/span> to the loading bay.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #782327;\"><strong>That loading bay has 5 loading hoppers (buffer silos ) with capacity for 100 t each<\/strong><\/span>. Trucks under each of the hopper and on the scale are loaded and get ready to leave the terminal. The load from each hopper is triggered by an extractor-vibrator and the way-out chute, that take the product to <span style=\"color: #782327;\"><strong>a 300 t\/hour chain unloader<\/strong><\/span>, which will distribute it to the truck\u2019s load devices, which are <span style=\"color: #782327;\"><strong>5 telescopic hoses<\/strong><\/span>. The system is equipped with an aspiration system.<\/p>\n<p>The load operation will be automatically monitored through positioning sensors, load height sensors and weight measured in the elevated scale bridge. Prior to the load operation, the truck is identified by a <span style=\"color: #782327;\"><strong>RFID card<\/strong><\/span>, issued at the terminal\u2019s access control.<\/p>\n<p>The freight yard has quick way-in and way-out doors for the busy moments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Loading bays to load from silos to truck<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grain is carried from the lower outlet of the silos, by means of 300 t\/hour conveyors each, to the base of the two cart track elevators, with dust aspiration systems.<br \/>\nFrom there, grain is raised up to the needed height to be transfer to the chain conveyors that feed the loading bay for trucks<\/p>\n<p><strong>Load from the flat warehouse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Delivery of meal from any of the <span style=\"color: #782327;\"><strong>4 cells of the flat warehouse<\/strong><\/span>, is performed by means of front load bulldozers that load it on the trucks.  There is an undercover aisle attached to the north side of the flat warehouse, for the trucks to get access.<\/p>\n<p>Before leaving the terminal, trucks have to proceed to a <span style=\"color: #782327;\"><strong>bridge scale<\/strong><\/span> by and in parallel with the loading bay, where the weight is checked to verify that it doesn\u2019t exceed the <span style=\"color: #782327;\"><strong>maximum permissible laden weight<\/strong><\/span> to circulate on the road.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Loading bay for rail wagons<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A new <span style=\"color: #782327;\"><strong>360 m long double lane rail lay-by is available<\/strong><\/span>. It roams by the North limit of the plot, parallel to the existing tracks and can receive a <span style=\"color: #761F18;\"><strong>450 m long convoy<\/strong><\/span> that must be split in two.<\/p>\n<p>The grain stored in the silos is unloaded through its lower outlets to the underground conveyors and from there is transferred \twithout distinction to any of the two cart track elevators. Once lifted, the product is transferred to the chain conveyors that feed the silos, and revert to a chain conveyor, at a <span style=\"color: #782327;\"><strong>300 t\/hour rate<\/strong><\/span> and gets to the rail loading station.<\/p>\n<p>The rail loading station has <span style=\"color: #782327;\"><strong>two load hoppers with a capacity of 100 t each<\/strong><\/span>. Each hopper is located above each rail line.
